All phones and laptops sold come with a 30-day warranty, excluding physical damage. Accessories have a 7-day warranty. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt. No refunds after the return window.

Unlocking services are not guaranteed to be permanent. Changing SIM cards or resetting may void unlock. 8% fee applies on debit/credit payments. Star One is not responsible for lost SIMs or unpaid pickups after 3 months.

Lost SIM Cards
We are not responsible for lost or misplaced SIM cards after activation. Customers must keep their SIM cards safe. Replacements are available for purchase.
Parts Used in Repairs
For device repairs, Star One Wireless uses generic or compatible parts to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely service. All parts are tested for functionality, but may not be original manufacturer components.
Abandoned Devices
Devices left for more than 90 days may be recycled or discarded due to space limitations. We make multiple contact attempts before disposal.. We attempt to contact customers multiple times before disposal. Please ensure timely pickup.
